Aufgabengebiet

  • Own the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmap, scope and milestones.
  • Provide overall leadership and direction across business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, SAP partners, and third-party vendors.
  • Drive integrated planning covering SAP S/4HANA, data migration, integrations, testing, deployment, cutover, and business readiness activities.
  • Make critical trade-off decisions.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing program delivery organization.
  • Ensure successful phased deployment across multiple regions while leveraging lessons learned and maximizing reuse of processes, governance, and implementation assets.
  • Manage dependencies across ERP, supply chain, warehouse management, and other transformation initiatives.
  • Establish robust governance, integrated planning, change control, and risk management processes.
  • Drive resolution of program risks, issues, resource constraints, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Serve as the primary interface to the CIO and the wider leadership team.
  • Provide transparent reporting on program status, financials, risks, deployment readiness, and benefits realization.
  • Challenge unnecessary customization and promote standardization across the organisation.
  • Ensure effective change management, training and communications.
  • Drive accountability for implementation partner performance and delivery commitments.
  • Monitor post-go-live outcomes.



Anforderungsprofil

  • Significant years of transformation and program leadership experiences, especially leading a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation.
  • Proven track record delivering complex multi-country and multi-business-unit deployments.
  • Inspirational leader capable of creating clarity in complex and ambiguous environments.
  • Strong decision-maker with sound judgment and the confidence to make difficult trade-offs.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Resilient change leader who drives accountability, collaboration, and adoption.
  • Strong understanding of business process integration across Finance & Controlling, Order Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Integrations
  • Expertise in governance, risk management, dependency management, planning, budgeting, and delivery assurance.
  • Working knowledge of SOX, security, and compliance frameworks within ERP transformation environments.
  • Experience managing business stakeholders, IT organizations, implementation partners, and executive leadership teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or similar.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
