Our client is a globally operating technology company within the electronics industry, serving customers across multiple international markets.

The EMEA organization operates in a highly international and process-driven environment. In this position, you will work at the intersection of Finance Operations, customer accounts, commercial processes and order fulfillment, giving you broad exposure to the operational processes behind an international technology business.

Aufgabengebiet

  • Manage and monitor the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • Oversee customer account data and ensure relevant commercial and operational information remains accurate and up to date
  • Monitor orders, backlog, fulfillment information and account-related data
  • Work closely with other internal functions throughout the order-to-cash process
  • Analyze operational data and prepare clear, actionable status updates
  • Identify discrepancies, delays and other operational issues and coordinate their resolution
  • Maintain a high level of account accuracy and support overall account health
  • Support standardized processes and workflows across the EMEA organization
  • Contribute to process improvement, digitalization and automation initiatives
  • Coordinate customer and account-related operational tasks and projects



Anforderungsprofil

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Professional experience in a finance-related, analytical, process-oriented or operational role
  • Ideally previous exposure to Finance Operations, Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Order Management, Commercial Operations or Customer Operations
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good understanding of structured business processes and data
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment



Vergütungspaket

  • Finance & O2C exposure: Build valuable experience across customer accounts, order-to-cash processes and finance-related operations.
  • International environment: Collaborate with stakeholders across EMEA and different business functions.
  • Cross-functional experience: Work closely with Receivables & Credits, Sales, Logistics, Operations and other specialist teams.
  • End-to-end understanding: Gain insight into the processes connecting customer orders, fulfillment, account management and financial operations.
  • Analytical development: Strengthen your experience in operational data analysis, reporting and account monitoring.
  • Process improvement: Contribute to standardized workflows, digitalization and automation.
  • Technology industry: Gain experience within an international semiconductor and technology environment.
