Aufgabengebiet

Purpose & Scope

  • Overall responsibility for the commercial and financial performance of the Nordics & UK business units
  • Development, execution and governance of regional business plans aligned with global strategy
  • Sustainable growth of market share, profitability and organizational capability
  • Contribution to group-wide strategic development



Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Management & Finance

  • Full accountability for revenue, margin, costs and budget delivery
  • Ownership of regional business planning and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation, governance standards and ethical principles



Sales & Customer Leadership

  • Lead and develop regional sales organizations and senior sales management
  • Maintain direct relationships with key customers and strategic accounts
  • Define customer strategies, acquisition priorities and account structures
  • Decision authority on pricing, payment terms, delivery conditions and contractual frameworks
  • Oversight of key customer agreements and resolution of commercial issues



Product & Market Strategy

  • Define regional product and market priorities with a long-term perspective
  • Drive market development initiatives and marketing activities suited to local conditions
  • Represent the region in international sales and financial review meetings



People & Organization

  • Full HR responsibility including leadership development, recruitment and succession
  • Set clear objectives, support execution and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Foster a respectful, accountable and performance-oriented leadership culture



Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with global functions such as Product Marketing, Finance, HR, Logistics, IT and Legal
  • Engage with strategic suppliers and partners at senior level

Anforderungsprofil

  • Senior international leadership experience with full P&L responsibility
  • Strong background in sales-driven, matrix-organized environments
  • Industry knowledge in industrial electronics, semiconductors or adjacent sectors
  • Structured, analytical and pragmatic leadership style
  • Ability to balance strategy with operational involvement
  • Credible, calm and clear communicator at executive level
  • Fluent in English; Nordic language and/or German skills are an advantage
