Interim Senior Consultant - Project Management & PMI (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning and Execution

• Maintain and continuously update the integrated project plan
• Translate strategic objectives into detailed tasks, milestones, and deliverables
• Track and manage progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and key milestones
• Support the execution of the PMI workstream and act as a sparring partner to the PMI Lead
• Ensure readiness for key phase gates and critical go-live milestones

2. Cross-functional Coordination and Governance

• Coordinate activities across QRA, IT, and other workstreams, as well as external stakeholders
• Identify and manage interdependencies while supporting issue resolution
• Establish and maintain effective governance structures and meeting cadences
• Prepare governance materials and actively support decision-making processes

3. Communication and Change Enablement

• Support communication and change management activities across the program
• Drive and enable early adoption of AI tools within the organization
• Organize and facilitate project and governance meetings (agendas, minutes, action tracking)
• Provide consistent and structured project status reporting
