Interim IT Project Manager (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities1. Project Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects (Security Remediation & AD Consolidation)
• Ensure delivery of agreed scope on time and within budget
• Drive value-oriented outcomes across the full project lifecycle (analysis to post-deployment)
• Create and maintain detailed project plans (activities, milestones, dependencies)
• Own project financials (budgeting, forecasting) and resource planning
• Coordinate internal and external resources and oversee daily project execution
• Apply our client's project methodology consistently

2. Governance & Communication

• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
• Manage stakeholder expectations through structured and transparent communication
• Establish and run governance structures and meeting cadences
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party providers
• Ensure alignment with PMO and governance frameworks (e.g. Sensee IQ)

3. Project Management Community

• Contribute to project management best practices and continuous improvement
• Share lessons learned and support development of standard frameworks and guidelines

4. Team Leadership

• Lead and motivate project team members
• Drive performance and ensure effective collaboration across teams
