To strengthen their Finance Operations team we are currently looking for a Finance Operations Specialist (m/f/d) - Credit who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, solving complex challenges, and interacting with stakeholders across multiple functions and countries.

Aufgabengebiet

  • Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, payment-related issues, and customer inquiries
  • Support internal customer service requests through dedicated support platforms
  • Follow up on payment-related matters with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Review and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring data accuracy and proper documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resolutions and improve customer experience
  • Support month-end activities related to credit and receivables operations
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects
  • Maintain high-quality account records and ensure timely issue resolution



Anforderungsprofil

  • Professional experience in Finance, Operations, Shared Services
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and proactive working style
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience working with SAP is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken; German would a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within an international environment
