Aufgabengebiet

As a member of the Supervisory Board / Advisory Board (m/f/d), you provide independent oversight, strategic guidance, and constructive challenge to the Crypto company's management. This role is strictly non-operational and does not involve day-to-day management or execution responsibilities.Key Responsibilities

Anforderungsprofil

  • Proven senior leadership experience: Former executive, founder, or board member with a track record of scaling businesses in crypto, fintech, or adjacent technology sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem
  • Credible industry network: established network across founders, investors, regulators, and ecosystem participants within the European and/or global crypto landscape.
  • Strategic mindset with governance experience: experience operating at board or equivalent level, with the ability to challenge management constructively and contribute to long-term strategy.
  • Regulatory and risk awareness, particularly in Europe
  • High integrity and independence: brings objective judgment, strong ethical standards, and the ability to maintain independence from operational decision-making.
  • Commercial acumen: ability to assess business models, capital allocation decisions, and growth strategies in fast-moving, volatile markets.
  • Experience with scaling and transformation
  • Investor or capital markets exposure: background in venture capital, private equity, or institutional investment in digital assets.
  • International perspective: comfortable operating in cross-border environments
