Our client is a fast-growing, internationally active private equity firm specializing in acquiring small and medium-sized enterprises often in carve-out situations and transforming them into resilient, sustainable businesses. With a long-term, entrepreneurial mindset, it partners closely with management teams to drive operational improvements and create lasting value - always with a strong commitment to environmental and social responsibility.

Aufgabengebiet

  • Develop and implement value creation strategies focused on growth, cost efficiency, and liquidity, with a hands-on, cross-functional approach at portfolio companies.
  • Collaborate closely with Operating Partners and management teams to drive operational improvements and strategic transformation.
  • Take on interim management roles within portfolio companies, particularly in areas like production, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Establish and lead Project Management Offices (PMOs) to ensure structured and effective execution of value creation initiatives.
  • Lead cost optimization, carve-out, and post-merger integration (PMI) projects to enhance operational independence and efficiency.
  • Drive ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives across portfolio companies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional expert teams (e.g., Sales, Procurement, Lean, IT) to deliver measurable impact.



Anforderungsprofil

  • You hold a degree in business, engineering, or a scientific discipline and combine analytical strength with commercial intuition
  • You bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience in business transformation, operational improvement, or restructuring
  • You think and act like an entrepreneur - and are open to taking ownership, including financial participation
  • You're a strong communicator who builds trust quickly, drives change, and motivates teams
  • You enjoy working on the ground, thrive in dynamic environments, and are driven by tangible results
  • You're flexible and mobile across Europe; international exposure is a plus
  • You speak English fluently; additional roman languagesare a plus.
  • You identify with the idea of creating long-term value through responsible and sustainable investment
