Aufgabengebiet
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a pragmatic, dynamic and solution-oriented Sales Director Fashion (m/f/d) to join the management team of our client. Reporting directly to the President, the role will be responsible for the sales and account management activities in Central & Eastern Europe within the Fashion business unit.
- Achieve and exceed his/her orders objectives by developing the sales strategy of the company
- Develop the business by increasing market share through constant pipeline build up with existing and new accounts within the Fashion industry
- Sell added value propositions
- Manage the Fashion sales team in Central & Eastern Europe including:
- Motivate develop and retain staff
- Define his/her team action plan, setting goals and targets to each account manager
- Coordinate necessary training for the account managers, coach and mentor staff
- Encourage teamwork among the sales team
- Ensure a good coordination with other departments
Anforderungsprofil
- Strong Management and Sales Skills - relationship management - negotiation skills
- Well networked in the relevant industries (Apparel, Fashion)
- Background in the Fashion Industry
- Comfortable talking to all level including top managers and leaders in organizations
- Have a winner mentality, motivated
- Capacity to handle a multitude of ongoing issues and an incisive mind to ensure focusing on priorities, both operational and business development, long and short term
- Be a quick learner
