As a Regional Sales Director DACH for Besedo you will contributing to growing the business in Europe and DACH market. You will be part of a growing Sales organization based in Stockholm. You will be a trusted advisor for the customer, good at negotiating contracts and knowledgeable of current industry trends, as well as being on top of Besedo' s operational and product knowledge.

You are responsible for the whole sales process, but will work closely together with the other Sales Directors as well as the product and market team, to find and qualify leads, do business cases, book meetings, do presentations and negotiate. You will report to CEO and be part of a global team.

You will be working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial company with a strong growth focus. Your main areas of responsibilities includes:

  • Maintain a robust, structured pipeline of leads and pursuing them to win new
  • business for Besedo
  • Achieve and follow up the overall commercial goal and set KPIs
  • Be an active part in forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to
  • constant shifts in the marketplace.
  • Serving as a business representative at industry events, conferences, trade shows etc.
  • Occasional business travel within assigned region

Requirements and skill sets

  • BA level graduate
  • 5-10 years of operational experience in complex solution sales combined with C-suite experience
  • Tactical, forward leaning commercial mindset
  • Great presentation skills
  • Ability to convert complex information into easy-to understand commercial material
  • Professional verbal and writing skills in English and German

DACH market experience and network will be highly regarded in this recruitment process
