Um die HR Abteilung zu verstärken, wird zum nächst gegebenen Zeitpunkt ein HR Business Partner (m/w/d) gesucht, welcher sein weitreichendes Wissen gewinnbringend einsetzt und das HR Umfeld weiter mit vorantreibt.

Aufgabengebiet

HR Strategy:

  • Acting as sparring partner, change agent and ambassador for developing and implementing of HR strategy & culture.
  • Support the division strategy with HR-related actions.
  • Executing actions from people/HR-analytics results within division.
  • Support for selected division-related policies with works council (eg. sales-incentive-plan)
  • Leading and supporting assigned HR projects.

Talent Management:

  • First point of contact for supervisors and employees (local HRBP only) for non-administrative topics as career, development, wellbeing,
  • Relocation processes is coordinated by the global HRBP and is implemented by the local HRBP
  • Coordinates new job requests via Talent Acquisition Platform (TAP Management).
  • In recruiting HR BP researches, selects candidates, conducts interviews and coordinates between applicant, supervisors, HRSD and HR Admin until the candidate has signed the contract.
  • Retaining talents by ensuring a professional onboarding experience.
  • In charge of compensation related topics from initial salary setting to adjustments using benchmarks and allocation of variable compensation.
  • Manages Talent identification and Succession-Processes for the assigned units.
  • Enabling of managers and employees in non-technical development topics such as finding further education, training and coaching.
  • Supporting managers to design training content formats for employees and team development workshops.
  • Monitoring & supporting the performance management process.
  • Primary responsibility for labor and employee relations practice such as discipline and termination cases, legal cases and investigation and resolution of employee complaints (local HRBP only).



  • Monitoring risk of leaving of employees, providing active retention management and support know-how securization
  • Responsible for conducting and reviewing offboarding interviews.
  • Advises managers in making important personnel decisions, team-reorganizations, etc.
  • Coordination of Division-related Talent-Processes.Active accompanying of case management, which includes, for example contact during long-term sickness, return-to-work interviews, reintegration of employees, involving external partners and assurances (local HRBP only).

Anforderungsprofil

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administration, organizational development, or a related degree required at least
  • Business Partner skill set and 3-5 years of experience in HR at least
  • Ability to operate independently and exercise judgment in decision-making
  • Working knowledge of applicable employment law for the countries in scope
  • Understanding of the talent acquisition strategies as it applies to our geographies and industry is highly regarded. Prior experience in candidate identification and screening is critical.
  • Fluent in English and German both written and spoken, B2 level at least
  • Fluent in local language
  • MS Office skills
