We are currently recruiting, for one of our client, a Head of Construction.
Aufgabengebiet
- Overseeing specific real estate construction and development projects,
- Planning and managing the business operations of the organization,
- Preparing budgets and other financial reports for the management team,
- Negotiating contracts with buyers and sellers of real estate properties, including overseeing the inspections and appraisals of properties,
- Handling legal issues and negotiating contracts with attorneys, brokers, lenders and other parties involved in real estate transactions,
- Managing the purchase, sale, rental, or development of properties,
- Monitoring real estate income and expenditure,
- Determining rental income and negotiating lease agreements,
- Authorizing maintenance, repair, equipment, and supply expenditure,
- Negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors,
- Resolving complaints,
- Reporting to clients and board members on project progress,
Anforderungsprofil
- Master's degree in civil or construction engineering, finance or project management,
- At least 15 years of experience in a similar position,
- Fluent in English,
- You are a strong relationship builder and communicator,
- You should be goal oriented and have a proven track of leadership,
- You are perserverant and you are a good negotiator,
- Extensive experience in managing property development, purchases, sales, and rentals,
- In-depth knowledge of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements,
