M&A, new business opportunities, lead the sophistication of finance, FP&A, modelling and controls. Oversight of all financial management, governance and compliance - and driving a successful IPO listing outcome for an ambitious group and investors.
Anforderungsprofil
ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified, with substantial CFO/Finance Director achievements being able to demonstrate driving business growth, corporate finance exposure, Private Equity / IPO exit / transactions expertise. Leading a sizeable finance function, with particular focus on commercial analysis and support board level decisions.
Vergütungspaket
Significant six figure base salary, equity - with an IPO strategy with strong financial return. Wide ranging commercial CFO role, challenging and rewarding with great investors and fantastic CEO.
