We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to support a strong partner ecosystem in the ICT space. Commercially focused role, responsible for recruiting key enterprise channel partners while driving sales growth and deepening market presence across Germany.Role can be based in Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin or Düsseldorf.

Aufgabengebiet

Key Responsibilities of the Channel Sales Manager

  • Identify, recruit and develop strategic Enterprise Channel Partners across the region
  • Promote our enterprise product portfolio and value proposition to increase partner-led revenue
  • Co-develop business and marketing plans with partners, including regular performance reviews
  • Embed our technology offering in vertical-specific partner solutions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, offering end-to-end sales and technical support
  • Lead partner enablement, including strategy sessions, product demos and sales presentations
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to align partner capabilities with customer needs
  • Provide insights on channel dynamics, competitor activity and market trends to drive improvements

Anforderungsprofil

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in channel sales or partner management within the ICT/technology sector
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through indirect channels
  • Strong network of established relationships within the channel ecosystem, ideally at C-level
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Self-starter with commercial awareness and solid analytical skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Experience working in a diverse, fast-paced international business
