Our client is one of the leading electronics and consumer products retailer in Central and Eastern Europe, doing business through a vertically integrated, multi-channel sales, media, marketing and distribution platform. The company operates in over 22 European countries, USA and Japan, encompassing retail chain of TV, internet and walk-in stores, print, call centre operations, fulfilment centres, in-house creative agency, and other affiliated services. Our Client employs around 5000 employees globally. For their Headquarter our client is looking for a Demand Planning Manager International (m/f)

Aufgabengebiet
Key responsibilities and work duties:

- Management of a diverse team of demand analysts (10 people)
- Optimisation of demand planning with state of the art solutions
- Implementation of S&OP processes on a group level
- Optimisation of multichannel media analysis of diverse group of products, channels and countries and their impact on demands (markets)
- Strong collaboration between sales & marketing and operations on a proper demand forecasting
- Setting objectives and planning projects
- Reports directly to the Director of Operations
- Business travels required

Anforderungsprofil
Requirements:

- Minimum of 7 years' experience in demand planning in multichannel environment with demonstrable track-record of international exposure
- Strong understanding of multichannel environment
- Higher education in Supply Chain / Business / Marketing
- Some experience in marketing and sales is crucial
- Experience in B2C industry is an asset; Experience in e-commerce with a long tail will be highly appreciated
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in Lean and/ or six sigma methodology is an asset
- Strong analytical skills
- IT literacy and the ability to handle electronic data
- Flexibility and the ability to manage change
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as a part of a management team
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong leadership skills with proven track record
- Negotiation skills
- Positive attitude to continued learning
- Must be fluent in English
