Our Client is a multinational - American Owned - Company in the production sector. To improve and professionalize the cost accounting, compliance and inventory systems we are looking for a motivated Finance Manager (m/f) to support the continued growth at the site in the Allgäu area.

Aufgabengebiet
- Insures compliance with proper local group and US-GAAP reporting procedures
- Responsible for cost system including Bills of Materials
- Inventory Reporting and Accounting
- Manages forecast preparation and presentation
- Provides planning and insight for the operations
- Works with Corporate finance to establish proper metrics
- Communicates financial issues with Corporate, Group and Local management
- Coordinates audits (internal, external and tax agencies)
- Coordinates tax planning and tax management with Corporate department
- Establish and maintain internal controls to comply with the Sarbanes Oxley Act
- Financial oversight with the inventory team to perform the annual physical inventory
- Reports on actual results versus the latest budget and perform analytical analysis and research all significant variances
- Monitor and report the results of sales and marketing initiatives, including those associated with pricing changes, promotions, new product sales, advertising, etc.
- Oversee the fixed asset and capital spending cycles
- Serve as the financial authority regarding reporting company savings from Six Sigma, Lean and other events to Corporate HQ
- Complete all Corporate reporting requirements
- Management of the IT and HR teams and coordination with the corporate IT and HR teams

Anforderungsprofil
- Academic Education in Economics or Business Administration, MBA preferred
- At least 5+ years experience, preferably a combination of public accounting and private industry experience
- Previous experience with an American owned public company
- Navision experience a plus
- Computer and MS Office proficient
- Very good communication ability
- Thinking and acting in terms of solutions
- Strong analytical skills
- Hands-On mentality
- Business Fluency in German and English
