Coleridge & Valmore focuses purely on Leadership Search/Senior Management level assignments and sits at the apex of the Michael Page pyramid. The Coleridge & Valmore Team is supported by an in-house research function, and draws on extensive senior level recruitment experience by discipline, industry and geography.
The Research Team plays a critical role in the leadership search process and provides supports to Directors/Principals with information essential to the completion of the research phase of the leadership search
To further strengthen and professionalize the Coleridge & Valmore team we are currently looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious Research Consultant based in our Düsseldorf office
Aufgabengebiet
- Lead, manage national and international research projects, support the Directors/Principals with retained searches by identifying, assessing, managing and engaging candidates right through a successful placement at a client organization
- Pro-actively work and partner with Directors/Principals to offer insights, interpretations and direction
- Further develop, maintain and expand pro-actively a multi-industry, cross functional Leadership database
- Supporting the Head of Research & Market Intelligence
Anforderungsprofil
- Previous research/market intelligence experience gained in the Executive Search Industry
- Experience in identifying market trends and researching information effectively through various channels
- Ability to maintain professionalism and honesty while building credibility, trust and respect with internal clients
- Understand various industries and functions and be able to present material in an organized and clear manner
- Capability to manage processes
- Highly developed conceptual skills
- Strong desktop research skills, computer skills including MS Office applications and business knowledge
- Excellent communication skills; speaking, writing, listening, telephone
- Strong organizational, analytical, detailed planning and project management skills
- Able to synthesize information quickly
- Pro-active and self- motivated with a strong sense of urgency
