Our client is an International fast fashion company that has a range of clothing and accessories for women. They are focused on deepening their brand footprint in India. They have been growing rapidly and need a strong Head Visual Merchandiser to fuel and sustain the growth for India
Reporting to the Brand head, the incumbent will be responsible for:
Key Focus Areas:
-To ensure all the stores are visually merchandised as per Global brand standards.
-To ensure store displays are planned to optimize sales and meet store requirements.
-Designing & execution of store windows.
-Calendar Planning for windows and in-store changes.
-Planning, prioritizing and delegating visual work-load.
-Send scheduled deadlines for dispatch of marketing materials and execution of that at the store level.
-Information & feedback to Brand Merchandisers on store specific requirements on stocks.
-Mock-ups and Display Guide books. Base stock calculation for each new store/SIS. Money Mapping Process. Timely store openings and as per brand standards.
-Fixtures and asset management in the stores.
-To support, develop and mentor team members to deliver visual standards.
-Team trainings and store trainings.
-Budget and cost control for visual works and materials.
Retail Operations Support:
-Strong sales focus and number orientation; capability to think strategically.
-Contribute to the yearly marketing plan in cooperation with the Retail Coordinator, including preparation, execution and follow-up on local events/campaigns.
-Follow-up on snag lists and keep track on it within your area.
Desired Personality / Attitude:
-Deep understanding fashion retail business, High level of styling skills and a creative mindset
-Experience in retail visual merchandising.
-Multi-tasking, Co-ordination, Inter-personal skills, Problem solving and Leadership.
-Ready to travel extensively and for long durations, Open to challenges, adaptability to shifting work patterns; capability to take on-the-fly decisions.
· At least 6-8 Years of Industry experience in Visual Merchandising.
· Should have worked with a known international fashion brand (womenswear) for at least 2-3 years, at least at a Mid-Senior level.
· Understanding of India as a country is preferred.
· Global exposure
