A Digital Account Executive - Germany based in the office in Hoofddorp. Reporting to the Director EMEA Distributor Markets & e-Commerce, the Digital Account Executive will be responsible for supporting and managing the digital sales strategy for the brand in Germany and Austria. Further, this role will work closely with other account managers in Distributor Markets to identify and maximize digital sales opportunities across the distributor network.

  • Achieve monthly, bi-annual and annual sales targets for area of responsibility
  • Work closely with Director EMEA Distributor Markets & e-Commerce to regularly report on sales, margin and profit numbers for the area of responsibility and identify opportunities (and threats) to the business
  • Be the key day to day contact for all accounts in Germany and Austria distributors; monitoring their sell-in, stock levels and sell-through data on a regular basis to ensure that the distributor businesses are run smoothly and referring any major issues to the ASM
  • Work with Director EMEA to build and agree on distribution growth plans for each relevant market
  • Work closely with Marketing to monitor execution of marketing plans by each key account and work with these to ensure that agreed activities are being developed, approved and carried out within the agreed timelines
  • Build channel right assortments and ensure pricing consistency for the brand across multiple platforms
  • Seek out and identify profitable new market opportunities and make a business case for these propositions as they occur
  • Maintain good awareness of competitor developments and activities in all relevant markets
  • Work with TBU Demand Planning to ensure accuracy in forecasting
  • Work closely with global e-Comm team to ensure alignment with international strategy and objectives for the brand digitally



  • Degree level - preferably in e-Business related disciplines
  • Pan European Wholesale management - digital
  • Fashion and trend background preferable
  • Budget responsibility
  • German speaking (first language)


  • Experience in digital business development, preferably in Germany - ability to travel as required
  • Experience working with both developing and established e-Comm retailers
  • Digital media, including websites, social sites and mobile experience
  • Knowledge of the watch and jewelry business desirable
  • Sales management
  • Outgoing, highly motivated, strategic thinker
  • Strong financial, marketing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently and desire to develop in an international organization


€ 50,000.- fixed salary per year + 8% OTE bonus
